High 5 Celebration Events
Currently 3X per year we hold our High 5 Celebration Events. SEA employees from all over the airport who have received a customer compliment regarding awesome customer service collected through our SEA Customer Care form, social media, email, etc., and employees who have received a 100% Quality Assurance audit score are invited to the party where historically we have had catered food, beautiful décor, fun music, and a photo booth – It’s a fun “green carpet” experience. We even have a green carpet that honorees walk in on! We work to bring new themes and ideas to these events, so you never know what’s going to happen next!
High 5 Hallway
We unveiled our beautiful new High 5 Hallway in June of 2023 to much fanfare! If you haven’t seen it yet, the High 5 Hallway is on the mezzanine right across from the Credential Center. The Hallway includes pictures celebrating great customer service from employees from all over the airport and also has our brand values posted and a big monitor that plays video clips and advertisements with information about and for airport employees. The “Great Job!” Scratch Ticket program is a sister program to High 5 Employee Recognition.
The Great Job Scratch Tickets create the ability to reward airport employees performing extraordinary acts that help make a great experience for our customers. Unlike High 5, they are for more than just direct customer service interactions, but rather all kinds of things that airport employees do to go over and above to help create a 5-star experience for our customers. The purpose of the scratch tickets is mainly for Port groups who work closely with tenant employee groups, to have something to award employees for making SEA great.
